Your Land Partner is a new business established in 2018, built on a solid foundation that dates back to the 1950's.

We are a family run business, one that has been in the land, planning and development industry for 3 generations, working directly with 100's of landowners to unlock the full potential of their land.

We work collaboratively with land owners, Local Authorities and our private network of investors, to deliver new build developments, across the UK, providing much needed homes, great financial returns and turning land into legacy.

The YLP founders, Richard & Brynley Little, are the 2nd & 3rd generations that have been involved in the development industry from the Little family. Their combined experience stretches more than 50 years, working directly with land owners and Local Planning Authorities to build over 3000 residential homes.

They have worked with development partners across the UK, bringing together the experience and expertise, to deliver new build schemes ranging from single dwellings to large 100+ unit projects.

As a family run business, relationships are very important to us. We adopt a collaborative approach, working with you rather than for you, and by doing so optimise financial returns for land owners whilst having a positive impact on families, communities and businesses.

Starting with Anthony Thomas Little, essential knowledge and experience has been accrued and passed down the generations. We continue to learn and innovate, with our tried and tested principals at the centre of what we do.
